★2.资格和业绩要求：
(1) 资格要求
a)本次招标不接受代理商投标。
b)制造商通过ISO9001质量体系认证，并提供有效的质量体系认证证书。
(2) 业绩要求：
投标人为本项目选配的透平发动机和交流发电机应为制造厂家的成熟产品，买方不接受新试（略），并且还要满足以下要求：
a) 所提供的燃气透平发电机核心部件（燃气轮机核心机）应是制造厂的标准产品，至少有（略）类似的产品（有功功率≥10000kW /35℃@ EL.+33m）在海上平台或FPSO条件成功地运行了一年以上的业绩，并提供合同复印件或设备产品机型稳定运行1年（含）以上良好的用户运行证明文件，含用户名单、用户所在地国家（地区）等信息。未经使用的新试制产品, 买方是不能接受的。
b) 所提供的燃气透平发电机核心部件（发电机）应是制造厂的标准产品，至少有（略）类似的产品（功率≥10000kW）在海上平台或FPSO条件成功地运行了一年以上的业绩，并提供合同复印件或设备产品机型稳定运行1年（含）以上良好的用户运行证明文件，含用户名单、用户所在地国家（地区）等信息。未经使用的新试制产品，买方是不能接受的。
c）投标人发电机组定子的局放耦合器和转子的磁通探头，至少有2套在海上平台或FPSO（发电机组（略））条件成功地运行了二年以上的业绩，并提供合同复印件或设备产品机型稳定运行2年（含）以上良好的用户运行证明文件，含用户名单、用户所在地国家（地区）等信息。未经使用的新试制产品, 买方（略）。
3. 有兴趣（略）：

★2. Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:
(1) Requirements for Qualification of Bidder:
a) Bid by Agent is not accepted.
b) The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass ISO9001 Certification, and the Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management Sy（略） Certification.
(2) Requirement for Bidder_EpSingleQuotes_s reference:
The turbine engine and alternator provided by the bidder for the project shall be the mature products of the manufacturer, the new trial product is not allowed and also meet the following requirements:
a) The core components of gas turbine ge（略）set (gas turbine core/generator) shall be the standard product of SUPPLIER. And at least one similar sets of products (electrical power≥10000kW /35℃@ EL.+33m) have been success（略）op（略） of one years at offshore platform or FPSO, provide the copy of the contract or user_EpSingleQuotes_s evidence for the equipment operation for 1years (including), with the user_EpSingleQuotes_s name, location etc. Unused prototype equipment shall not be acceptable.
b) The core components (generators) of gas turbine generator provided shall be the standard products of the manufacturer. At least one sets of similar products (power ≥ 10000kW) have been succes（略）operated for more than one years at offshore platform or FPSO, provide the copy of the contract or user_EpSingleQuotes_s evidence for the equipment operation for 1years (including), with the user（略） name, location etc. Unused prototype equipment shall not be acceptable.
