Procurement Tender Notice by Guangdong Power Industry Fuel Co., Ltd
**省电力工业燃料有限公司（简称“燃料公司”）现拟采购一批进口煤,有意供应的单位可发报价至指定邮箱，具体要求如下：
Guangdong Power Industry Fuel Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Fuel Company’) is preparing a tender to purchase shipments of imported coal, if you have any interest, please send your Quotation:
1.基本内容

Deadline for clarifying for tenderer : 17:00 p.m.on 15th October, 2021, Beijing time.

3. 注意事项Matters needing attention：
3.1.请注意此次合同模板和相关附件均为2021年的最新版本。

3.2投标人须使用附件中相对应的《进口煤报价单》报价，报价单格式不允（略），否则被视为无效报价。
Tenderer should use the import coal quotation format listed in the attach（略）the quotation format is not permitted to alter, remove or add co（略）otherwise the quotation shall be re（略）in（略）.
3.3.在要求的报价时间内，报价邮件只发送一次，若需改动报价，请在第二次发送的邮件标题注明“以此封邮件为准，首次报价无效”。此外，按照公告要求，每个投标人发送的邮件只有一份有效，若在规定的时间内发送多个邮件，以收到的最后一封邮件为准。
Within time for offering bidding quotation, quotations are required to be sent once, if bidder amend the original quotation, , please specify ‘Subject to this em（略）please ignore previous quota（略）in the subjects of e-mail for the 2nd time.
