FortiGate 600F hardware firewall（including dual power supplies, 3-year service, 7*24 FortiCare plus NGFW, AV, including: virus signature database upgrade, IPS/network application signature database upgrade, web filtering, anti-spam）

投标人资格要求:

(2) With the ability to perform the contract, including professional, technical qualifications and capabilities, capital, equipment and other material facilities, management capacity, experience, reputation and the corresponding practitioners.

(3) Not being ordered to suspend business, disqualified from bidding, property taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.

(4) In the last three years, there have been no fraudulent winning of bids and serious contract violation and major project quality problems.

(5) Other qualifications stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
