Tender Notice
1.招标条件Tender Conditions
菲律宾帕赛吹填开发项目陆地机械设备采购已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标，并采用电（略）。
The procurement of land-based mechanical equipment for this project has met the tender conditions and is now open for public tender, using electronic tendering and bidding methods.
2.招标内容Tender Co（略）
投标人应提供招标文件中设备要求表中列出的所有设备。
包件1：长臂挖掘机（4台）：要求18米加长臂，总重50吨以上，斗容1.6m3及以上。可满足开挖最大重量为3吨的石头；
包件2：履带式挖掘机（4台）：要求总重30吨以上，斗容1.6m3及以上。可满足开挖最大重量为3吨的石头；

Bidders are required to provide all equipment li（略） in the equipment requirements table in the tender documents.
No.1 Bid package：LONG ARM EXCAVATOR(4 sets): excavator equipped with an extended arm of 18 meters, with a total weight of not less than 50 tons and a bucket capacity of at least 1.6 cubic meters. The excavator must have sufficient performance to meet the excavation needs of stones weighing up to 3 tons.
No.2 Bid package：EXCAVATOR（4 sets）: excavator equipped with total weight should be 30 tons or more, with a bucket capacity of 1.6 cubic meters or more. It should be capable of excavating stones weighing up to 3 tons.
No.3 Bid package：WHEEL LOADER（2 sets）:3m3 and above;
No.4 Bid package：DUMP TRUCK（4 sets）:20m3 and above.
3.投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements for Bi（略）
3.1 依法注册，具有有效的《营业执照》，国际货运备案、外经贸备案（外经贸如无可不提供）。
3.1 Bidders must be legally registered and possess valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, and other relevant legal documents as required by laws and regulations.
3.2 投标企业必须具备必要的设备**，可能需要提供公司销售的设备清单及其他相关文件。
3.2 Bi（略）enter（略） must have the necessary equipment resources and may need to provide a list of equipment sold by the company and other relevant documents.
3.3 投标人不得有以下情形：
3.3 Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances:
(1) 单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加同一标段投标，否则相关投标均（略）

5.1 请有意参加投标者于招标公告截止前24小时登录“中交集团供应链管理信息系统”（网址：http://（略）cn）完成供应商注册或添加**意向单位申请，未注册成功或添加**意向单位的供应商将无法参与。
5.1 Interested bidders shall register as a supplier or apply to add a cooperative intention unit on the "CCCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://（略）cn/) within 24 hours before the deadline of the tender notice. Suppliers who fail to register successfully or add a cooperative intention unit will not be able to participate in the bidding.
5.2 请于2024年 4 月 18 日 17时 至2024年 4 月 23 日 17时 ，登录“中交集团供应链管理信息系统”（网址：http://（略）cn）购买和下载招标文件。
5.2 Please download the tender documents from the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://（略）cn/) from 17:00,18 April 2024 to 17:00,23 April 2024 .

The time for submission of bid documents is from 17:00,23 April 2024 to 17:00,29 April 2024 . Bidders must log in to the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http://（略）cn/) to submit quotations and upload bid documents (both editable electronic documents and scanned versions with signatures and seals must be uploaded). Bidders who fail to submit quotations and complete the submission of bid documents before the bid deadline will not be accepted by the tenderer.
