投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
2)投标人必须是制造商或代理商投标；若为代理商，需提供制造商出具的针对本项目的唯一授权函；
3) 截止至2022年1月1日（以合同签订日期为准），投标人所投品牌的阀门在中华人民**国境内具有至少3套加氢裂化装置成功运行一年以上的供货业绩，业绩中所提供的产品与本次投标产品产自相同的原产国（如为进口产品，须提供上述3套加氢裂化装置的原产地证明）。提供的上述业绩中产品的规格能够包含标的物规格（不低于招标文件所列阀门的磅级、口径、材质等，注：（略）
