The procurement of Advertisement and Health Equipment and Supplies for this project has met the tender conditions and is now open for public tender, using electronic tendering and bidding methods.

本项目广告安全物资的采购已满足招标条件，现采用电子招标投标方式公开招标。

2 Tender Content

Suppliers are required to provide Advertisement and Health Equipment and Supplies listed in the tender documents.

投标人应提供招标文件中列出的广告安全物资。

3 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3 投标人资格要求

3.1Bidders must be legally registered and possess valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, and other relevant legal documents as required by laws and regulations.

3.1投标人必须经过合法注册，并持有有效的营业执照、税务登记证书和法律、法规要求的其他相关法律文件。

3.2Bidding enterprises must have the necessary resources and may need to provide a list of Labor Safety and Health Equipment and Supplies sold by the company and other relevant documents.

3.2投标人必须具备必要的资源，并可能需要提供公司销售的劳保安全物资清单等相关文件。

3.3 Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances:

(1)The same person serves as the legal representative of multiple units or there exists a controlling or management relationship between different units. In such cases, bidding for the same section is not allowed, otherwise, all related bids will be invalid.

(1)同一个人作为多个单位的法定代表人，或者不同单位之间存在控股或管理关系。在这种情况下，不允许对同一部分进行投标，否则所有相关的投标都将无效。

(2)Bidders whose bidding qualifications have been suspended or cancelled.

(2)投标资格被暂停或取消的投标人。

(3)Bidders whose production or business operations have been ordered to be suspended, or whose licenses or permits have been suspended or revoked.

(3)被责令暂停生产或者吊销许可证的投标人。

(4)Bidders who are undergoing liquidation procedures, have been declared bankrupt, or have other circumstances that result in a loss of performance capabilities.

(4)正在接受清算程序、已被宣告破产或者有其他情形导致丧失履行能力的投标人。

(5) Bidders who have been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises.

(5)被列入严重违法违法企业名单的投标人。

5 Acquisition of Tender Documents

5.1 Interested bidders shall register as a supplier or apply to add a cooperative intention unit on the "CCCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http:****/) within 24 hours before the deadline of the tender notice. Suppliers who fail to register successfully or add a cooperative intention unit will not be able to participate in the bidding.

5.2 Please download the tender documents from the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http:****/) from January 23,2026 at 16:00 to January 28,2026 at 16:00 .

6 Submission of Bid Documents

6投标文件的递交

The time for submission of bid documents is from January 28,2026 at 16:00 to February 2,2026 at 16:00 . Bidders must log in to the "CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System" (website: http:****/) to submit quotations and upload bid documents (both editable electronic documents and scanned versions with signatures and seals must be uploaded). Bidders who fail to submit quotations and complete the submission of bid documents before the bid deadline will not be accepted by the tenderer.

提交投标文件的时间为： ****16时至 ****16时。投标人必须登录到“中交集团供应链管理信息系统”（网站：http:****/），提交报价并上传投标文件（带有签名或印章的扫描件）。未在投标截止时间前提交报价并完成投标文件的投标人，投标文件不予接受。
