根据****发布在中旬巷署”公众号平台上的2025年度赞比亚诚比希铜冶炼有限公司冶炼烟气环保冶理项目(新增收至系统)建安工程的招标合卷(招标编号为2025-TZZB004)，招标人于****上午10时30分在CCS的行政办公楼1#6位定举行了项目的开标仪式,其评标委员会遵循公平、公正、科学和非优的原则对各位投标人的投标文件进行评审，并按照综合评分由高到低的顺序进行排序。现确定中标候选人如下:
According to the tender announcement for the Environmental Treatment Project for Smelting Flue Gas (New Dust Collection System) Construction and Installation Engineering at Zambia Chambishi Copper Smelter Ltd. in the 2025 fiscal year (Tender No:2025-TZ-Z004), published on the “Zhong Se Fei Can” official account platform. The opening ceremony of the tender was held at 10:30 AM on June 10, 2025, in Conference Room 1 of the CCS Administration Office Building. The evaluation committee reviewed the tender documents submitted by all bidders in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, scientific rigor, and optimal selection, and ranked them based on comprehensive scores from highest to lowest. The shortlisted winning bidders are now determined as follows:

投标人对中标候选人结果的质疑应当在中标候选人公告发布之日起三日内以书面形式提出，逾期提出的质疑招标采购单位不予受理。
The Bidder who holds different opinions to the bid winning candidates results shall address their questions in written form to the Tenderee within three days starting from date of bid winning candidates announcement. Questions raised later than the above-mentioned days shall not be accepted by the Tenderee.
