简要规则描述：为高桥镇镇域道路及52个老旧小区提供****，并按照新区要求将分拣后的残渣陆运至指定场所进行末端处置。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:Provide construction waste removal services for the town roads and 52 old residential areas in Gaoqiao Town, and transport the sorted residues by land to the designated sites for final disposal in accordance with the requirements of the new district. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement.
