项目概况及招标范围：
1.Project Location: Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project, Kuwait2.Project Scale: The net power output of the power plant 2700 MW. The net water production capacity of the water plant 120 MIGD.3.Bidding Scope: The works to be performed under this Subcontract is the 2 sets Gas Turbine proper and auxiliary device and accessories, generator proper and accessories, auxiliary system equipment and piping; BLOCK 10 Gas Turbine building Steel structure and lifting equipment installation, hydrostatic test, gas/air test, water/oil flushing, chemical cleaning, air/steam blowing, single equipment commissioning, trial run assistance, subsystem commissioning assistance and unit system-combined commissioning assistance, until the Project obtain the FAC; draining and pumping out water including water below ground water table, maintaining dry working conditions for all activities until the time when equipment and pipe erection have finished.

(3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. (5) Bidders must be able to independently solve issues related to the temporary import of machinery and personnel visas.
