项目概况及招标范围：
1.分包采购项目建设地点： Qatar Ras Abu Fontas 2.分包采购项目建设规模：The project unit is configured as a single cycle unit of two gas turbines, including two gas turbines, generators, related ancillary equipment and peripheral equipment, with a net output of about 500MW. 220kV/500kV substations are arranged in the booster station area.
投标人资格要求：
Bidder qualification and ability requirements： (1) The bidder shall register the company in QATAR; (2) The bidder shall have the same or similar type of Pipeline Pig Cleaning Work experience; (3) If the bidder wins the bid, both parties shall sign the contract with a company registered in Qatar. The bid currency shall be Qatari Rial, and the contract shall be signed and paid in Qatari Rial. Credibility requirements： The bidder has a good reputation, has not been ordered to suspend business, suspend bidding and other circumstances, no property has been taken over, frozen, bankruptcy and other circumstances, has not been included in the China Power Construction Group, Sinohydro,SepcoIII and owners of Nebras Energy blacklist.
