根据采购工作需要，现对本项目采购文件内容变更如下：

Bid must be delivered at or before **** 12:00 (Beijing Time) accompanied by a Bid Security (a bank guarantee or bank transfer) as appropriate of CNY 600,000.00 Only (Say Six Hundred Thousand Chinese Yuan Only). Late bid and/or the bid without Bid Security may be rejected. The bids delivered by Email must be encrypted with password.

修改为：
