China Road and Bridge Corporation is conducting a public inquiry procurement for the leasing of machinery and equipment required for the Kigamboni Package 1: Upgrading of Full Shangwe, Gofingo -Shangwe, Kibada-Plot, Lingia-Nyakwale Mzimbini P/S Roads in Kigamboni Municipality. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the quotation.
一、采购内容 / I. Procurement Scope
本次拟租赁水稳路拌机、洒水车、压路机、装载机、平地机等机械设备，具体设备型号、数量、租赁期限及相关要求详见采购文件。
The machinery to be leased mainly includes a water-stabilized road mixing machine, sprinklers, roller, loader and graders. Detailed specifications, quantities, rental periods and other requirements are subject to the procurement documents.
二、报价要求 / II. Quotation Requirements
报价货币为坦桑尼亚先令（TZS）。
The quotation currency shall be Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
报价不含燃油，包含操作人员工资及日常维护保养费用。
The quoted price shall exclude fuel costs but include operator wages and routine maintenance expenses.
报价文件应包括报价单、营业执照、税务登记证明等相关资料。
The quotation documents shall include the quotation form, business license, tax registration certificate and other relevant documents.
设备产权应清晰、无权属及法律纠纷，相关证照齐全，设备性能可靠、状态良好。
The equipment shall have clear ownership and be free from ownership or legal disputes. All required licenses and permits shall be complete, and the equipment shall be reliable and in good working condition.
三、报价时间 / III. Quotation Deadline
报价截止时间：****23:00（北京时间），即坦桑尼亚时间****18:00。
Quotation deadline: 23:00 on August 18, 2026 (Beijing Time), corresponding to 18:00 on August 18, 2026 (Tanzania Time).
四、报价方式 / IV. Quotation Submission
供应商应在规定时间内登录“中交招采网”完成线上报价并上传电子响应文件，逾期未完成报价或响应文件上传的，采购人将不予受理。
Suppliers shall log in to the CCCC Procurement Network within the specified period to complete the online quotation and upload the electronic response documents. Late quotations or response documents will not be accepted.
其他具体要求以本项目公开询价采购文件为准。
Other detailed requirements shall be subject to the public inquiry procurement documents of this project.
