Sepon Gold-Copper Mine is run by Lane Xang Minerals Limited, a subsidiary of Chifeng Gold. Its processing plant has production lines such as oxide gold, primary gold and oxide copper. The original hydrometallurgy plant has operated for over 20 years with aging equipment, requiring new facilities such as lime slurry, sodium cyanide mixing and acid/alkali tank farm and so on.

本项目咨询和设计需要遵从：1、老挝sepon当地的要求和标准；2、澳大利亚和新西兰的标准；3、国际标准。现邀请第三方公司对项目设计成果进行审查，必要时参与部分工程设计和咨询的工作。提供以下咨询服务（包括不限于）：

The consultancy services and design of this project shall comply with：1、Sepon site Specifications and Standards。2、Australian and New Zealand Standards (AS and AS/NZS);2、International Standards (i.e. ASME, API, ISO, IEC, etc.);Third-party companies are hereby invited to review the project design deliverables and, where necessary, participate in partial engineering design and consultancy works.Provide the following consulting services (including but not limited to):

1、对根据询价人提供计算模型、计算书、图纸等资料，开展设计质量审查和相关（专业）执行标准的合规性审查，提出审查意见，询价人修改后，提供注册工程师签字服务。

Conduct design quality review and compliance review against relevant (discipline-specific) applicable standards based on the calculation models, calculation documents, drawings and other information provided by ENFI; issue review comments; provide CPEng signature service after revisions are completed by ENFI.

2、根据询价人提供设计输入信息，提供部分设计服务。

Provide design services based on the design input information furnished by ENFI.

3、根据询价人需求，提供部分培训服务。

Provide training services in accordance with the requirements by ENFI.

（4）报价人可以按以上要求，结合自己的项目经验完善咨询服务内容和交付物。

The bidder can improve the consulting service content and deliverable according to the above requirements and combined with his own project experience.

（5）咨询服务最终交付物应为中英文。

The final deliverables of consulting services should be in Chinese and English.
