项目概况及招标范围：
1.分包采购项目建设地点：位于阿菲夫市附近，距该市东南23公，位于沙特阿拉伯利雅得和加之间。 2.分包采购项目建设规模：2400MW。
投标人资格要求：
a. General Eligibility Criter (i)Bidders must be independent legal entities registered in Saudi Arabia, possessing the capacity to independently assume civil liability and the right to independently enter into contracts. Bidders must provide a valid business license. If not currently registered in Saudi Arabia, the winning bidder must register a company or branch in Saudi Arabia after being awarded the contract, and sign the contract with Contractor in Saudi Arabia; (ii)Bidders shall have prior experience in executing similar projects in Saudi Arabia. b. Qualification Grade Requirements： No specific qualification requirements at present; C.Experience of work Requirements The bidder shall possess at least 2 contracts performance record within the past 5 years(from 1st January 2022 to the bid submission deadline). The bidder must provide scanned copies of contracts demonstrating compliance with the performance requirements specified in this Bidder. Such scanned copies must include, at minimum: the stamped pages bearing the seals of both contracting parties, the contract execution date, the scope of works, and key technical parameters. (i)No consortium bids shall be accepted for this project. (ii)Subcontracting is not permitted for this project.
